- $3.2 Million to the City of Ocala, Florida;
- $1.6 Million to the City of Canton, Illinois;
- $1.6 Million to Luce County of Newberry, Michigan;
- $1.2 Million to Barnwell, South Carolina;
- $1.26 Million to the City of Ladysmith, Wisconsin;
- $184,000 to the City of Kennedy, Minnesota;
- $616,441 to the Village of Milledgeville, Illinois;
- $2.96 million to the City of Fremont, Ohio;
- $1.9 million to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas;
- $843,052 to the City of Muskogee, Oklahoma;
- $600,000 to the City of Richland Center, Wisconsin;
- $1.75 million to ACCION New Mexico in Albuquerque, New Mexico;
- $1.5 million to the Port of Pasco in Pasco, Washington;
- $906,840 to Cleveland Community College in Shelby, North Carolina;
- $425,000 to Copiah County, Mississippi;
- $3.3 million to the City of Levelland, Texas;
- $1.6 million to the Terrebonne Parish Consolidated Government in Houma, Louisiana;
- $672,280 to the City of Gadsden, Alabama;
- $2.2 Million to the City of Elk City, Oklahoma;
- $420,000 to Rockcastle County, Kentucky;
- $2.7 million to the State of Montana.
